Wellness Coaching

Charmaine Rhine recently received certification in Wellness Coaching through the American College of Sports Medicine. Wellness Coaches help clients reduce stress and reach optimum health and well-being by making a variety of behavioral changes, including improving diet, exercising more regularly, and being consistent with disease prevention. They can also assist clients with other challenges, such as weight loss and finding the right balance between work and play.
